Small group sessions (2–6 athletes) focused on building foundational strength, movement, and speed — the right way from the start.
Semi-Private Training
Who it’s for:
JV to Varsity athletes looking to improve performance and fill gaps in their training
What it looks like:
Customized programming in a focused small group setting (up to 3 athletes). Dialed-in coaching for what you need most.
Private Training

Committed athletes serious about taking their performance to the next level

1-on-1 training with a fully personalized plan and schedule. Built around your goals, sport, and season.
Online Training

Experienced or in-season athletes who need structure, flexibility, and accountability

Weekly programming with check-ins, demo videos, and coaching notes. Train anywhere, with guidance every step of the way.

Kyle Bythrow

With 5 years of experience in private sector strength and conditioning, I’ve worked with athletes at the high school and collegiate levels, including time at Bentley University and several local high schools. My focus is on building athletes through the basics with a long-term mindset, preparing them to succeed in their sport.
My "Why" is simple: I believe I can help athletes understand and reach their full potential, both on and off the field.
